低维材料的制备与表征,拓扑绝缘体,同步辐射

2006年毕业于浙江大学物理学系,获理学学士学位。2011年于浙江大学物理系凝聚态物理专业获博士学位。2009-2012年在丹麦奥胡斯大学物理与天文系(同步辐射储存环中心ISA)联合培养及从事博士后工作。2012年受聘为上海交通大学物理与天文系特别副研究员。2014年入选上海市“浦江人才计划”。

主要研究内容为基于超高真空的薄膜和纳米结构的实验研究,主要利用角分辨光电子能谱研究低维材料的新颖量子现象,表面/界面的电子结构和性质等。近几年来,在拓扑绝缘体、石墨烯和半金属表面和界面的电子态研究方面取得了一系列的成果。在SCI收录的杂志上发表文章30余篇,单篇最高引用次数近300次。目前主持国家级科研课题2项。
