Dianyuan Fan has been the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) since 1995. He also was the members of experts group of national 863, general engineer of “Shengguang-Ⅲ”,Chairman of laser subject of Chinese Optical Society Commission, associate dean of optoelectronics & quantum electronics of Chinese electronics society. The member of State Commission of Science and Technology for National Defense Industry, adjunct professor of University of Science and Technology of China and National University of Defense Technology, etc. he is also the member of shanghai cppcc standing committee, member of the Central Committee of The Jiu San (SEPT.3RD) Society. As for one of the principal technology members, who has engaged in the development and operation of large laser device nearly for 30 years, has successfully developed the Nd:glass laser system of high power laser series with, make the tremendous contribution for our nation’s high power laser. Where ‘laser 12 experiment equipment’ is the most tremendous laser engineer. The equipment which has been operated for 8 years, has already got lots of applications with international level.
