It is our great pleasure to inform you that the 3rd International Conference on Ultrahigh Intensity Lasers: Development, Science and Emerging Applications (ICUIL'08) will be hold during October 27-31 in Shanghai-Tongli, China. This conference follows the ICUIL 2004 (North Lake Tahoe, USA, Oct. 3-7, 2004), ICUIL 2006 (Cassis, France, Sept. 25-29, 2006).The conference covers following topics:
