Capturing the ultrafast dynamics in quantum materials in 10^-12~10^-15 s

We are developing and using ultrafast techniques for investigating ultrafast processes in complex materials. Experimental techniques that we use include time- and angle-resolved photoemission (trARPES) and MeV ultrafast electron diffraction (UED). Especially, we are interested in what are the materials going to behaviour after excited by ultrashort, strong, and tunable laser pulse.
