简历:

 

2007年毕业于中国科学技术大学,获理学学士学位;2012年毕业于中科院物理研究所,获物理学博士学位;2012年至2016年在美国加州大学伯克利分校从事博士后研究;2016年加入上海交通大学物理与天文学院,任特别研究员、课题组长。

 

从事实验凝聚态物理实验研究,主要关注低维纳米材料中出现的新奇物理现象,研究领域涉及低维纳米材料与器件的制备加工以及纳米光学、光谱学、电输运、扫描探针显微表征等方面。已在石墨烯、碳纳米管和六方氮化硼等低维纳米结构的研究中取得了系列成果,在Nature、Nature Physics、Nature Photonics、Nature Materials、Nano Letters等一流学术期刊上发表论文40余篇,论文总引用4000余次。
