2004年  德国汉诺威大学,固体物理学院,表面物理系,物理学硕士,研究低维材料生长及电子性质

2008年 德国汉诺威莱布尼兹大学,物理化学及电化学学院,理学博士,从事多相催化过程中化学波自组织现象的研究。

2009年 上海交通大学,物理系,太阳能所,博士后。利用电化学及PECVD等方法进行纳米结构氧化物半导体的合成与调控,新型高效太阳电池及光催化材料的研发

2011年 上海交通大学,物理系,助理研究员

2012年 上海交通大学,物理系,副研究员,从事纳米管,纳米线,量子点结构的自组织生长调控及机理研究,主持修建物理系1.6kWp科学实验太阳电站,进行太阳能系统及组件研究。
