2003年在中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所获得材料学博士学位。2003-2009年在英资摩根新材料(上海)有限公司工作,从事碳石墨材料和碳化硅陶瓷的技术和研发工作,积累了丰富的工业化研发和产业化经验。2009年7月进入上海交通大学太阳能研究所做博士后研究,主要从事晶体硅太阳电池、组件和硅基薄膜太阳电池的技术研发和产业化工作。2011年博士后出站,在上海交通大学太阳能研究所继续工作,主要从事高效晶体硅太阳电池的研发,特别是异质结太阳电池的研发和产业化推广。研究领域涉及硅基和新型太阳电池材料与器件。发表论文20余篇,共同著作专著一部。
