王波,2012年本科毕业于华中科技大学物理学院,2017年于北京大学现代光学研究所获得博士学位,导师为李焱教授。2017-2021年在以色列理工学院从事博士后研究工作,合作导师为自旋光学和超表面领域的重要推动者Erez Hasman教授。2021年9月起加入上海交通大学物理与天文学院,任长聘教轨副教授,博士生导师。


从事纳米光学和自旋光学的基础和应用研究,主要以实验手段探索光自旋依赖的波前演化和光束分离现象,推广其在光场调控,全息,成像和精密测量中的应用。利用先进的微纳加工技术,研究和实现超薄、高集成度、功能复用的二维纳米光学器件、超表面。围绕光和物质相互作用的对称、共振以及随机性质,揭示二维随机光学系统的自旋演化特性,并实现利用自旋光学手段精密探测纳米级结构尺寸涨落。近期代表成果发表在Nature Nanotechnology ,Physical Review Letters, Optica,Nano Letters(ESI高被引文章),和 ACS Photonics等一流学术期刊上。
